Panel popups (clock, system tray, application launcher context menu) open on
the opposite side of the panel

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
Use KDE Plasma 6.6 on Wayland
Click the digital clock or a system tray icon on the panel
Right-click the Application Launcher (start menu) button

OBSERVED RESULT
Popup windows (calendar, tray popups, launcher context menu) appear on the
opposite side of the panel instead of adjacent to the clicked widget.

EXPECTED RESULT
Popups should open above the widget that was clicked/right-clicked, aligned
correctly with the panel position.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Arch Linux
KDE Plasma Version: 6.6.0
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.23.0
Qt Version: 6.10.2

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Kernel Version: 6.18.9-arch1-2 (64-bit)
Graphics Platform: Wayland
CPU: 16 × 11th Gen Intel® Core™ i9-11900K @ 3.50GHz
Memory: 32 GB RAM
GPU: AMD Radeon RX 7900 XT

Occurs consistently. No non-default panel modifications; only standard widgets
are used. Resetting the panel temporarily resolves the issue, but the problem
reappears after some time without any further changes.
