SUMMARY
Tooltips for bullet list formatting are incorrectly implemented
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Click on Format in the menu bar
2. Hover mouse pointer over any menu option from Strip Block Quote to 1.
Numbered List
OBSERVED RESULT
The tooltip either does not display, or is for the wrong menu item
EXPECTED RESULT
Each menu option displays its correct tooltip

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The fix for this is just to add missing "action = " statements in front of some
d->addAction() calls in appactions.cpp
