SUMMARY
When going into fullscreen with the Project Monitor using a keybind, you can
only enable fullscreen - you can't disable it by pressing the same shortcut.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Kdenlive and insert a clip in the timeline
2. If not set, set a shortcut to fullscreen the Project Monitor
3. Press the shortcut to enable fullscreen
4. Press again to exit fullscreen
OBSERVED RESULT
Pressing the fullscreen shortcut doesn't return you to the normal view.
EXPECTED RESULT
The Project Monitor fullscreen shortcut should be toggleable: the same shortcut
can both enable and disable Project Monitor fullscreening.
