SUMMARY
I've noticed since some versions of 6.4 to 6.5, that if you have a video on
full screen or apps on full screen and the system goes idle, then locks into
the login screen, when unlocking/login back, it shows the desktop instead of
the fullscreen video/app, and won't show the app even if you minimize or switch
to it. opening konsole or any other app brings the missing window/fullscreen
video/app back to focus.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open a youtube/local video/full screen app
2. wait for the system to time out and lock the session/going idle
3. unlock, the fullscreen video/app is hidden, like if show desktop were
triggered, unresponsive until a new app is opened
EXPECTED RESULT
after idle and login back, plasma should resume the last activity on full
screen, as it used to do before/plasma doesn't hide the focused full screen
video/window.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
this bug has been happening for a while since plasma 6.5.0. I'll test with
6.6.x and report back if it still happens.
I only use the wayland session.
