SUMMARY
Can only set British/American English as an English language/locale which means
you have to set each of the region settings manually after setup for other
English speaking countries
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. During setup get to the language/locale page
2. Select a language
OBSERVED RESULT
Only English options are American and British
EXPECTED RESULT
Have au/nz/ca etc English options so that other locale settings are set
correctly
