Display configuration settings
SUMMARY
System settings, in display configuration shows:
"No Kscreen backend found. Please check you Kscreen installation"
I already have kscreen installed
~$ apt list kscreen
~$ kscreen/noble,now 4:6.6.1-0zneon+24.04+noble+release+build49 amd64
[installed]
Checking on background services via "kcmshell6 kcm_kded"
"KScreen 2" doesn't run by default then logging in, even toggling to run or
doesn't restore monitor settings.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to SystemSettings
2. Go to Display & Monitor
OBSERVED RESULT
Requires me to check for kscreen backend.
