Issue in Plasma 6.6

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have two windows, one maximized and one windowed over the maximized window.
2. Right-Click the maximized window a couple of times.

OBSERVED RESULT
It can take 2 Right-Clicks to transfer focus to the maximized window being
interacted with.
1- It open the context menu, but doesn't focus on the window.
2- It closes the context menu, but doesn't focus on the window.
3- It opens the context menu, and it finally focus on the window.

At the end of the attachment it randomly took only 2 Right-Clicks, proving it
isn't a consistent behavior.

EXPECTED RESULT
1 Right-Click should transfer focus to the window being Right-Clicked on.
