SUMMARY
When opening or saving files in a Qt application, the application becomes
blocked (unresponsive) while the file explorer dialog window is open.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch a Qt-based application.
2. Click on "Open" or "Save As" to trigger the file explorer dialog.
3. Observe the application behavior while the file explorer window is open.
OBSERVED RESULT
The application becomes blocked or unresponsive when the file explorer dialog
is opened. The main window cannot be interacted with until the file explorer
window is closed.
EXPECTED RESULT
The file explorer dialog should open without causing the entire application to
become unresponsive. The application should remain responsive, aside from the
expected modal behavior of the dialog.
