backends/drm: don't allow matrices in 3D LUTs

While I thought it was fine before, in some cases it can still result in really
bad banding. The 1D LUT before the 3D LUT on AMD hardware also makes that worse
still, as it doesn't seem to handle inverse transfer functions very well.

Until the color pipeline algorithm can handle 3D LUTs better, it's better to
simply avoid this situation.
