seems that kde powerdevil cant talk to DDC/CI to access physical hardware of
monitor by I2C

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. time lock and turn off the screen
2. wake up the sistem
3. flicker appears.

artifacts like in the screen

normal wake up of the screen
