When a selection is open, switching between documents and back, and then
clicking on the canvas causes the document to switch back to the last active
document tab.
This could be related to the recent changes to the Selection Actions Panel
code.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open 2 documents in Krita as tabs.
2. While viewing tab A, make a selection somewhere.
3. Switch to tab B.
4. Switch back to tab A and click somewhere with any tool.
5. Krita will unintentionally switch back to tab B instead of invoking the tool
as expected.
OBSERVED RESULT
Switching between tabs while a selection is active will cause unpredictable
behavior on the next canvas click.
