SUMMARY
Right now it's a bit hard to properly adjust the system notification volume to
ones liking

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to system settings -> audio 
2. Change the volume for system notification sounds

OBSERVED RESULT
No sound, you don't know whether the new volume is good or too loud/quiet

EXPECTED RESULT
A sound plays, letting you know whether you need to still adjust the volume
