SUMMARY
Pressing print screen or opening the Spectacle app causes my monitor to shut
off, and I have to unplug the monitor and plug it back in to get it working
again. It even disables audio output from the monitor; it seems to be powering
off completely.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Press print screen or open the Spectacle app via the task launcher.
OBSERVED RESULT
The monitor shuts off completely and won't come back on until unplugged and
plugged in again.
EXPECTED RESULT
The screenshot capture interface appears.
