my monitors configuration
SUMMARY
When using "Color accuracy: Prefer color accuracy" direct scanout never
engages. It works just fine when it's set to "Color accuracy: Prefer
efficiency".
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Change "Color accuracy" to "Prefer color accuracy"
2. Enable compositing debug effect
3. Enter any fullscreen application (preferably game)
OBSERVED RESULT
Direct scanout doesn't engage, red "Compositing" stays at the upper-right
corner.
EXPECTED RESULT
Direct scanout should engage just like with "Prefer efficiency"
