SUMMARY
When chart is configured for network and that network is disabled, upon
restarting System monitor, there will be shown unneeded red banner and
suggestion to fix it.
Actually, there is no need to fix anything because the banner will disappear
after System monitor is started when network is enabled. On the other side, it
may push user to go through complicated settings unnecessary.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Configure network graph(if not already)
2. Disconnect
3. Open System monitor
OBSERVED RESULT
Red banner "This page is missing some sensors and will not display correctly"
with a fix suggestion.
EXPECTED RESULT
No banner at all.
