STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install a wallpaper.
2. Try to click the Use button.
3. Try to find the new wallpaper among the other wallpapers.
OBSERVED RESULT
The Use button doesn't appear after installing the wallpaper. It only loads
when going somewhere else then coming back.
And the wallpaper doesn't appear among the others. It only loads when going
somewhere else then coming back.
EXPECTED RESULT
Installing a wallpaper should show the Use button immediately, and the
wallpaper should appear among the other wallpapers.
