STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Just open KAlarm.
OBSERVED RESULT
KAlarm opened at the top left corner, with the top of the window off screen,
stopping me from moving it.
EXPECTED RESULT
KAlarm to be opened at the center of the screen or with the entire window on
screen.

Windows: Windows 11 Home, 25H2, 64x bit
