KWallet service error

SUMMARY
KWallet "no keys suitable for encryption" error dialog provides no actionable
options — only an OK button that dismisses the dialog, leaving the user stuck
with no path forward.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Perform a fresh OS installation (tested on openSUSE) with no GPG keys
configured
2. KDE Wallet Service launches automatically on first login
3. The wallet setup wizard attempts to use GPG encryption

OBSERVED RESULT
An error dialog appears saying "Seems that your system has no keys suitable for
encryption. Please set-up at least one encryption key, then try again." with
only an OK button. Clicking OK dismisses the dialog and leaves the user with no
wallet configured and no guidance on what to do next.

EXPECTED RESULT
The dialog should offer at least one of the following actionable options:

- "Create GPG Key" button that launches a key generation wizard
- "Use Password Encryption Instead" button to fall back to
Blowfish/password-based wallet
- "Disable KWallet" option

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
openSUSE
Linux/KDE Plasma: 6.6.1
KDE Plasma Version: 6.6.1
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.23.0
Qt Version: 6.10.2
