This bug probably occur because my dp cable was plugged in the motherboard instead of the GPU and that's probably why the system monitor was having issues with the metrics. I just realized this at the time i am writing this comment! And the reason why i did that ? Because my pc was having some random shutdowns before a few months. So the overall issue which caused the bug was the DP Cable not being connected to the GPU but to the motherboard.
