Wi-Fi Settings GUI with %00 appended to the CA certificate path

SUMMARY
I connect to a Wi-Fi using WPA Enterprise with PEAP and MSCHAPv2. When making
the settings the first time (and if you get them right), the connection works
fine. When opening the settings once more, a NULL Byte seems to be added to the
string that is the path to the CA certificate. Upon saving changes, the NULL
Byte is translated to "%00" in the config file. Subsequently, the connection
cannot be established any more.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Setup Wi-Fi network with WPA Enterprise, PEAP, MSCHAPv2, and set a path to a
certificate file.
2. Observe contents of the respective network manager file
(/etc/NetworkManager/system-connections/...) to show the path to the CA
certificate.
3. Reload the Wi-Fi settings GUI.
4. Make any change to the Wi-Fi settings except for the CA certificate.
5. Save the changes and check that %00 as appended to the end of the CA path in
the network manager config file.
6. Reload the Wi-Fi settings GUI, where the %00 appears.

This is repeatable. I guess there is an off-by-one error when parsing the
string, so the terminating NULL is put into the GUI?
