SUMMARY
"Find my phone" (Ring device) feature fails to ring the mobile device when the
phone screen is turned off or locked. It only rings when the screen is actively
on.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Connect the mobile device to the Linux desktop via KDE Connect.
Turn off the screen on the mobile device (lock the phone).
Trigger the "Find my phone" feature from the KDE Connect desktop application.
OBSERVED RESULT
The phone does not ring while the screen is off.
EXPECTED RESULT
The phone should ring regardless of whether the screen is on or off/locked.

Troubleshooting steps already taken: Samsung battery optimization for the KDE
Connect app has been turned off. The app is excluded from deep sleeping and is
locked in the recent apps menu.
