SUMMARY
There have been several requests for extra functionality like 'Pin Screenshot'
to Spectacle (eg https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=470369).
This and other options might be approximated by adding a "run custom action"
option to the configuration "After taking a screenshot".
(I tried to post about this at discuss.kde.org but al I get is a page loading
animation)
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
In comments on bug https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=470369, it was
suggested that launching another tool to 'pin' screenshots could provide the
desired features.
If this was added as a custom action, users could choose to automatically
launch the viewer of their choice after taking a screenshot.
If the call enabled the use of placeholder arguments for geometry (eg <w> <h>
<x> <y>), this could be used by an eternal tool to place a window as desired.
This might offer a way for those wanting 'pin screenshot', and also enable
other flexible solutions.
