SUMMARY
Upon reaching plasma-login-manager while my my monitor is off, turning on the
monitor shows a black screen with just the cursor, which I can move. As such, I
am not able to login. This is always reproducible
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Turn off monitor
2. Turn on my PC, wait until the login prompt should have showed up
3. Turn on monitor
Alternative steps to reproduce
1. log off, then `systemctl isolate multi-user.target`
2. `sleep 3; systemctl isolate graphical.target`, hit enter and turn off the
monitor
3. Turn on the monitor
OBSERVED RESULT
Black screen, with cursor that I can move. Unable to login.
Checking using "Crashed Processes Viewer" shows entries of
"plasma-login-greeter"
EXPECTED RESULT
login wallpaper shows up, login prompt shows up, can login
Should not crash
SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
