SUMMARY
It's not possible anymore to move around text boxes when preparing a screenshot
or editing it.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Spectacle (in selection mode)
2. Add a text box
3. Try moving the text box around while in text mode, or switch to the
"Selection" tool and try grabbing the text box → It's not possible
4. Take the screenshot and edit it
5. Add a text box
6. Try moving the text box around while in text mode, or switch to the
"Selection" tool and try grabbing the text box → It's not possible
OBSERVED RESULT
Users should be able to drag text boxes.
EXPECTED RESULT
Users are not able to drag text boxes.
