SUMMARY
When firefox is open, the screen flashes black briefly but it happens every few
seconds. unsure if it happens with other applications as of yet but it does
with Firefox.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open firefox
2. try to use the machine
OBSERVED RESULT
screen flickers black
EXPECTED RESULT
to not do that.
