[email protected] changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- CC| |[email protected] Resolution|NOT A BUG |--- Status|RESOLVED |REOPENED --- Comment #17 from [email protected] --- I also have this problem and I also have a wireless mouse. However, I find it unlikely that the problem I am facing is with the mouse at all, because today when I hit this situation I faced a new symptom, that kinda puts the blame on software, probably kwin: the left button stopped working, but the right click and scroll still worked in the window that was active the moment the issue started (for me always happens immediately or shortly after unlocking). But that's not all: when I started a new terminal window (that overlapped the previously active one), and right clicked _there_, instead of getting its context menu my previously active terminal window got reactivated and I got its context menu instead. I also got GPT-5.4 to debug around, and it found: - in the broken state, qdbus org.kde.KWin /KWin org.kde.KWin.queryWindowInfo timed out with org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.NoReply for one of the windows - KWin was spamming Received D-Bus message is error: "Offset is too large..." around the bad state. - there are kscreenlocker_greet EGL / pipe failures in the log I added my log as kwin-pointer-desync -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
