SUMMARY
Upload and download speed are swapped in the system monitor's process viewer
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open system monitor
2. show upload and download speed
3. Observe upload and download speed seemingly incorrect.
OBSERVED RESULT
Upload speed shows Download speed and vice versa, confirmed by the network
speed taskbar widget, and that youtube is apparently uploading 6MBs, while
downloading 300KBS.
EXPECTED RESULT
Upload Shows Upload speed and vice versa
