SUMMARY
Sometimes my Application Menu shows scrollbars, unnecessarily.
Other times (without making any changes), the same content shows up correctly,
without scrollbars.
Switching to use the Launcher and then back to the Menu temporarily fixes it.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Click the Application Menu button

Menu appears with scrollbars
EXPECTED RESULT
Menu appears without scrollbars
