SUMMARY
The version in the manifest.json file is 2.1, in the browser/2.1.1 tag. It
should be 2.1.1.
There are no problems in building but the browser reports the version as 2.1.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Go to browser/2.1.1 tag, open manifest.json file.
OBSERVED RESULT
Version is 2.1
EXPECTED RESULT
Version is 2.1.1
