STEPS TO REPRODUCE
While in the "Renaming mode" of a Desktop file with a long name, hold a click
straight up to reach top line.
OBSERVED RESULT
It will only go to the top if a single character to the left of the I-Beam got
selected, but it's impossible to got straight up to the top.
EXPECTED RESULT
Being able to hold a click straight up to reach the top without having to
select a character to the left of the I-Beam.
