SUMMARY
Flatpak okular cannot access files its opened previously.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. remove /home access to okular flatpak (via flatseal, system settings, etc)
2. open file with okular (say named "mybestfile.pdf")
3. close okular
4. open okular
5. file -> open recently close files ->
6. get error: Could not open file:///run/user/1000/doc/1099b545/mybestfile.pdf.
OBSERVED RESULT
Okular cannot open recently viewed files when packaged as a flatpak and /home
(or folder) permission is removed.
EXPECTED RESULT
Okular can open recently viewed files using file portal remembering its seen
the file before.
