I, and
[others](https://discussion.fedoraproject.org/t/arrow-keys-on-keyboard-not-working-for-any-text/183446/3)
have a similar issue:

|"It is connected via cable. It gets the input via libinput and recognizes them
correctly.
|
|I use Konsole.
|
| I found another thing that happens now. I just tested while writing this, if
the arrow keys work and now whenever I press “Enter” it gives me | a “v”
instead, when I use the arrow key again it gives me “x” instead. Everytime I
use the right arrow key it switches to a different key, the left | arrow key
moves me back. All other keys work as expected, even the special characters."

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
- With Plasma Keyboard set as on-screen Keyboard but using the physical
keyboard:
- Launch Konsole / Yakuake / QMLKonsole
- For a few moments everything works as expected
- Arrow Keys cease to function, Enter Key just produces a letter seemingly
chosen at random.
- Pressing the arrow keys just changes the letter Enter produces.

NOTES:
- For me it just impacts terminal applications. Browsers, search bars and other
things work (at least i havent noticed any malfunction)
- libinput shows that the keyboard works and the correct keypresses are sent to
the device.
- Switching to Mallit Virtual Keyboard resolves the bug.

Thanks for all the effort. The plasma keyboard is what the linux ecosystem
needs to make tablets viable. Im really impressed with KDE and tablets, besides
some glitches this works shockingly well. If the keyboard also sports the keys
one needs to work with a terminal (eg. keys, ctrl etc.) this will be great!
