SUMMARY
Closed Unexpectedly and kioslave5 errors when opening image files.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
>From media player select show image or double click --> gwenview closed
unexpectedly
>From Gimp -> open image -> create preview -> .png hangs, .jpg cannot create
preview, pdf & xcf works
>From Gimp -> open image -> .png -> plug-in crashed: "file-png" ...
>From Gimp -> open image -> .jpg -> Plug-in crashed: "file-jpg"
(/usr/lib/gimp/2.0/plug-ins/file-jpeg/file-jpeg)
>From Gimp -> open image -> .pdf -> works fine
>From Dolphin -> open with - imagemagik -> works fine
DigiKam -> We are sorry, digiKam closed unexpectadly.
Gwenview -> select any recent folder with images -> An application crashed
Sorry, Ubuntu 24.04 has experienced an internal error.
