The delete button is disabled
SUMMARY
Global themes that have been saved using the "Save Current Theme" option cannot
be deleted once they've been created
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open System Settings
2. Select the Global Theme KCM
3. Click "Save Current Theme..."
4. Type a name
5. Confirm
6. Hover onto the newly-created theme
7. Hover the delete button
OBSERVED RESULT
The delete button is disabled and its tooltip says "Cannot delete
System-Installed themes"
EXPECTED RESULT
The theme is deleteable since it is saved inside of the current user's homedir
