Summary: Upon pressing the change wallpaper button in system
settings, the entire background (including the
wallpaper, icons and toolbar) go black. If one does
this a number of times, it eventually stops coming
back and the entire background is black until restart

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enter system settings/right-click on wallpaper
2. Press change wallpaper/configure display-change wallpaper.
OBSERVED RESULT
Entire screen (except for the program window) goes black.
