[plasmashell] [Bug 517897] double click bug when i try to do a simgle click on my mouse (right or left click) (works on the trackPad of my pc but not my mouse, it double clicks when i try to just do a simple one click)

i was wrong it started with around 6.5.3 or 4 i don't remenber when it first
came out
