Issue in Plasma
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have a couple of items on the Desktop.
2. Delete one.
3. Try to navigate with the keyboard's arrow keys.
OBSERVED RESULT
The results are random, some times it work, some times it doesn't, in which
case can be worked around by pressing Ctrl+A then continuing pressing the arrow
keys.
EXPECTED RESULT
It should function consistently, without having to use Ctrl+A to unstuck.
