This looks like something caused by OpenSUSE's configuration or a local system configuration problem I tested this in an OpenSUSE Tumbleweed VM With Plasma 6.5.5, I can't reproduce the bug. I can switch between the openSUSE and Breeze themes and Plasma loads normally with both. I'm also unable to reproduce on that VM with Plasma 6.6.4 Are you able to reproduce this with a brand new user, with all default settings?
