Should handle cases involving non-systemd distros too. I ran into this particular issue on CachyOS and I feel it would help if I gave some additional context. It seems like Arch upstream doesn't set a default service URL at all since the retirement of Mozilla's Location Service (probably even before that but idk), and I was wondering why Geoclue wouldn't start and why even its demo failed.
