I'm not able to reproduce this in Plasma built from git-master or Plasma 6.6.4 on Solus, with a Firefox profile that has no addons. We'll need more information to try to reproduce and fix this. Can you share a screenshot of the window in the bugged state? Can you reproduce this if you launch Firefox with firefox -p, and create a new profile with no addons enabled, and search for the same text?
