DESCRIPTION
I'm not sure if this is intended behavior but it felt weird to me so I'm
assuming it's a bug.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. have a folder open with files in it
2. make sure you have the information panel open
3. put your mouse over file1 and click on it once
4. use arrow keys to change the selected file
OBSERVED RESULT
Notice how the information panel doesn't change which file it's showing
information of
EXPECTED RESULT
I would expect if there is no mouse movement and there is something that
changes the selected file
