DESCRIPTION
Once you select a special tool - "Xbox" or "Triangle", you can't change them
again. Clicking on the button just activates the tool and doesn't open the
drop-down anymore
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Pick a tool from Basic Shapes Tool (the far right one)
2. try to switch to a different shape (click on the same button)
OBSERVED RESULT
The same tool activates. No dropdown to switch tools
EXPECTED RESULT
Get a way to switch tools.
