DESCRIPTION
When right clicking an audio track and selecting "show record controls", if no
audio input device is attached to the computer, kdenlive hangs for a few
seconds then closes unexpectedly.
This also causes project files that were saved while the recording interface
was active to be impossible to open later if the audio input device is removed.
Kdenlive closes at the "building sequences" stage of the loading dialog.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Detach any audio input devices
2. Open kdenlive
3. Create a new project
4. Attempt to enable record controls on an audio track

Kdenlive closes
EXPECTED RESULT
Probably some sort of error dialog

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Make sure audio input device is attached
2. Create a new project
3. Enable record controls on an audio track
4. Make some change to the project so that kdenlive recognizes that it is
modified, then save the file
5. Close kdenlive
6. Unplug audio input device
7. Open kdenlive, open the previously saved project
OBSERVED RESULT
Kdenlive closes before the project finishes loading
EXPECTED RESULT
Audio record controls disabled at startup if device no longer exists, kdenlive
finishes loading project successfully

Possibly related to 514590, but that appears to have been addressed in an
earlier version than I am currently using
