DESCRIPTION
I open KRDC, and when I try to click on 'New connection' nothing happens, the
shortcut isn't working either.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open KRDC
2. Click on 'New connection'
OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens
EXPECTED RESULT
A dialog should pop up about the new connection details
