DESCRIPTION
When the JPG "Use lossless compression" setting is enabled, lossy compression
is actually used and visa-versa.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable lossless compression in the JPG settings
OBSERVED RESULT
When enabled, the lossy optimization level setting field below is enabled and
JPG images shrink significantly more.
EXPECTED RESULT
The reverse, only use lossy compression if lossless is DISABLED.
