Operating System: Arch Linux
KDE Plasma Version: 6.6.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.25.0
Qt Version: 6.11.0
Kernel Version: 7.0.3-arch1-1 (64-bit)
Graphics Platform: Wayland
Processors: 20 × 12th Gen Intel® Core™ i7-12700K
Memory: 64 GiB of RAM (62.6 GiB usable)
Graphics Processor 1: AMD Radeon RX 7900 XTX
Graphics Processor 2: Mesa Intel® UHD Graphics 770

I have 2 1080p monitors with shoddy firmware and the name given to them by
Plasma, as can be seen from the screenshot, is 'Invalid Vendor Codename - RTK
[a bunch of numbers] HDMI'. It's not particularly user friendly and while the
ideal would be for it to actually know the white label maker and give it the
proper name I don't think that's possible, so next best thing - I would like to
be able to change the name myself to something a) more aesthetically pleasing;
b) more distinguishable than a single character difference.
