Hello! I believe I am also experiencing this bug.

Krita version:  5.2.6
Platform:  Linux Mint 21.3

Explanation:  The video shows the cloned layer moving to the left by 1 pixel
after showing the layer then waiting some seconds. When I hide and show the
layer, it goes back to where I expect it to be... until some seconds pass
again.

software!
