## Description:
Currently, when initiating a new RDP connection, the user often has to manually
input the same credentials repeatedly. I propose adding a "Default Credentials"
section within the RDP Plugin configuration.

## Proposed Changes:
1. Settings UI: Add three new fields in the RDP Plugin configuration:
        Default Username
        Default Domain
        Default Password (Optional/Encrypted)

Connection Logic: When selecting the RDP protocol and entering a host, if
the username or domain are left not provided
(user@host?domain=foo.bar|user/domain@host), KRDC should automatically pull and
populate the values from these global defaults in the subsequent authentication
screen.
