STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. update to kde linux 2026-5-13
2. install pycharm
3. move cursor on pycharm window.
OBSERVED RESULT
black box instead of the normal breeze cursor
EXPECTED RESULT
normal breeze cursor

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
newly started happening. i didnt update pycharm but i did update kde linux,
which in turn updated plasma.
so the only variable is the OS. not an issue with pycharm.
it happened with a few other apps but forgot which ones.
