The problem is, what's a video and what's audio? If I'm listening to a song on
YouTube, am I watching a video or not?

If you're regularly watching ~~porn~~ Linux YouTubers and letting the screen
lock without closing the tab/browser window, I think the solution here is to
disable media controls on the lock screen entirely. Even the setting you're
requesting will provide less protection from embarrassment than the tool that
already exists for this purpose.

Alternatively, change your habits to not leave sensitive videos open while
you're not around.
